"When we checked in, we paid for three days of parking at £5 per day. The reception said their printer wasn’t working so they couldn’t give us a receipt. Then when we went to register the car plate, we were told that we didn’t need to enter the registration number. However, now I have received a parking fine notice."

"The room was really dark and I didn't like the open plan layout with the toilet in the bedroom (no privacy). The room décor was tired and the jacuzzi didn't work. Only 5 hangers which the staff quickly remedied. Lovely long decking area but it hadn't been cleaned and had no decking furniture so you couldn't sit outside. "This is a great find, well thought out with lots of nice detail and touches such as generous sized towels, nice shower products and comfy mattresses. They even provide hair straighteners. My only small criticism is that the blinds don’t block out much light, and the waterproof mattress cover makes the sheets slide about and come completely off the bed during the night. But overall, really good and recommended."
