"Positives - it is well positioned for the train station, the whole hotel was very clean. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was welcome on a hot and humid day. Could do better - there were stains on the carpet. The shower wasn’t very ..."

"The reception staff were fantastic. Radka & Keiron couldn't do enough for us. Checked us in earlier so that we could get ready for an event. Solved a problem with the Aircon, took a photo for us. They were very helpful & friendly."
