"Everything was fine and as expected
When we arrived the receptionists said breakfast was included - I queried as was certain we had booked without. BUT I was told breakfast was included. Lo and behold when we went down for breakfast, we were not booked in… this was annoying given the assurances we were given at check in!"

"Convenient location and comfortable room. The kitchen area was a bonus and the parking nearby was very handy (the website for the hotel has a discount code for the Q park next door for advanced booking). The croissants and coffee was good too. I would stay again"

"Had a great overnight stay. Lovely room with view on golf course. Nice to have bath with separate shower. Reception team very kind and helpful as were the staff in Roosters restaurant and the breakfast room. I took advantage of the nearby included gym and pool (12 min drive or the hotel also has a free bookable shuttle). All in all I was very impressed."

"Big spacious rooms with enough room for a family of 4 in a room with 3 beds. Very clean and tidy and updated hotel.

"We upgraded to a superior room. Enjoyed the fridge and contents, coffee machine, robes, slippers etc. The decor was nice however there were stains on the curtains and the bathroom door had a chunk of wood out of it which didn't leave the best impression especially as it was an upgraded room #332.
We used the leisure facilities. The pool was immaculate, however neither the sauna nor steam room were working (Nov 26) which spoilt it for us.
