The Belvedere Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Convenient"

Park Central Hotel New York
6/10 Okay
"We visited this hotel in April for 2 nights. The hotel lobby and bar/restaurant was magnificent, the live music was great. However, our room was not as clean or well-kept as we had hoped. The carpet had a huge wet spot on it that we assume was from housecleaning, but not letting it dry fully before putting more guests in the room was not ideal. We had to walk around it the whole time so our feet/socks did not get wet. The shower drain was clogged & pooled water in the tub when we showered. Our room did not have towels upon arrival, but they were delivered quickly when we let hotel staff know. Overall we expected a bit higher level of our actual in-room experience for the location & price."

The Manhattan at Times Square
4/10 Poor
"the only nice thing we have to say is the location was good. the Hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. It is dirty and poorly maintained. Our first room had chewing gum in the carpet. We switched to another room and the bathtub did not drain and the tub was not anchored property. This is an accident waiting to happen. We had to hold onto the rail as the tub floor moved. The wallways need paint and carpet. The breakfast was ridiculous as we told only one cup of coffee per person."

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
8/10 Good
"Staff was great, location great. Rooms a bit in need of a refresh."

Pod 51
10/10 Excellent
"The rooms are small, but very comfortable. The hotel is in a great neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and bars. I’ve stayed here many times and always enjoyed it."

New York Hilton Midtown
10/10 Excellent
"The only problem was the super small bathroom."

Hard Rock Hotel New York - Partner of ALL Accor
6/10 Okay
"The decorations are modern, and like 'Hard Rock' theme. Rooms included a coffee maker, and basic other items. In-room checkout was not availble at our departure, and receipt was to be emailed, yet never received weeks later. Upon arriving home, recognized CC charges for unknown items (hence awaiting receipt). Seems online communication offerings are not monitored. Locatoin is good for those interested in Broadway and Times Square, and it is very near Yellow-subway. Very dissapointed in inability to obtain explanation of charges. (suspect someone provided our room number after cocktails?). Reception staff was very friendly, as well as housekeeping. Debris was found in room upon arrival (empty water bottle on floor under table). Caution re: Coffee machine, as it is easy to hit top of paper cup on distending nozel, when removing, causing splash of liquids. Next door is an Ice Cream shop, Pizza shop, and a small food store. In-room ICE delivery must be requested, yet there is a small empty refridgerated drawer."

Hyatt Regency Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"Loved the free water refill station in the Fitness Center. Didn’t use the restaurant or the actual Fitness Center."

Ameritania Hotel at Times Square
6/10 Okay
"The hotel had a very good location with easy access to Central Park, Times Square, and the subway, which made getting around the city very convenient. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. There was a constant fan noise in the room the entire time, even after we turned off the room’s AC system. Also, whenever the neighboring room used the bathroom, we could hear the toilet flushing very loudly through the walls. It was especially noticeable at night and woke us up multiple times."
