"I arrived at the property around 4:30 PM and was very disappointed with my experience. The property looked poorly maintained, and the surrounding area felt unsafe and uncomfortable to me. There were also many flying insects around the property.
I asked the front desk employee whether the area was safe, and his response was, “If you’re concerned about safety, then don’t stay here.” That response made me feel unwelcome and reinforced my concerns, so I decided not to stay."

"Just be aware when booking through third party sites, or at least follow up on the property site. I booked this room because it was close to a friend’s celebration that started 5p.
Expedia had check in time for 3p and sent email confirmation for check in @ 3p.
Arrived at 230 to see about a possible early check in since it was close to 3. Was told guaranteed check in is 4p (and to be fair it’s on their site.) Also, found out valet overnight is no longer available.

"My stay was only for a night; I wouldn't stay longer. The interior and exterior are not kept up. The bedding is questionable. I would consider bringing your own blanket and pillow or just covering the bed and pillows when lying on it. Their blanket is very thin. Wear socks or slippers; the floor is sticky, and bring an air freshener. Not sure what cleaning supplies are used, but the room needs airing out. It's a bad area or the surroundings are bad."
