"This was the second Ken's Place we stayed at in Tokyo and we were still impressed with its location, CLEANLINESS, and ease with checking in and out. "The property is convenience in the center of the city. The shelves were dusty; floor was dirty too. Overall is not as clean as we have expected. The apartment is located to several night clubs, which is not a quite place. One of the night clubs has a last show starts 3:30 am, ends around 4 am. It's not a good experience if you're a light sleeper. "

"This was the best location. Walking distance to the train station and many more things. Food options and 7/11 literally around the corner. Very quiet and so safe. You feel at home. The place was clean and very cozy. The host was very responsive. I needed to extend my last day for a couple hours and they were very helpful with that. "

"My family and I had a wonderful experience with this stay. It was conveniently located very close to many attractions as Shibuya Crossing,Tokyo Tower and a 30 min drive to Disneyland. The host was amazing with instructions and cleanliness of the place as they came midweek to clean and restock towels. It was so comfortable with the beds and the shower. If you never been to Japan and this is your first type of place you’re staying in make sure you understand how the hot water works for the shower....

"The apartment was clean, cane with everything we needed. The pocket wifi was an absolute life saver when our xell phones wouldn't work. They were in good contact times with me, and even told me i forgot a pair of socks. A+."

"It was my first time visiting Tokyo with my family and staying at Rooms was one of my best choices! Host was very helpful with our inquiries, very responsive and exceptionally friendly and considerate. I would rate our stay 5 stars for the fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms, washing machine and comfortable beds! The location was amazing with so many good restaurants nearby and train stations are within 10 mins walking distance. The next time we come back to Tokyo, I will certainly stay...
