"It was a great place to stay. Super clean and wonderful layout. Great location - close to Nambu terminal . Not loud and close to Gangnam. My only thing was they messaged me the reservation code for their urstay website via in Korean. It would have been nice if it was in English too cause Expedia booking messages were all in English and website itself was in English too."

"The hotel is quite new.
But the shower drained slowly. It flood up nearly instantly.
The breakfast is fine. Not much variety internationally but is ok. The queuing of coffee machine interact with the food taking queue. The entrance of kitchen is also next to the food table. People have to frequently move to let the staff move dishes in or out. The dynamic of walkway flow should be better considered."
