"Parking was fine, but this hotel was so poorly updated. It's such a trash job of "updates" All of the door stoppers are hanging off the wall, the shower activator had to be pryed to stay open, the toilet didn't flush for a whole day and I was told I had to fix it whenever it messed up, the TV didn't work, the remote was not functioning, the phone didn't work, some lights didn't turn on, you couldn't get hot water in the shower, there were potato chips on the bed, stained washcloths, hair everywhere, no towels in pool area, most ice machines didn't work, the hair dryer only blew cold and the microwave looked like it had caught fire before. Never again"

"I checked in late at night. After a 12.5 hour drive from Houston, Tx. Once I checked in I grabbed my bed clothes and went straight to bed. I woke up in the early AM. I was covered In bed bug bites. I messaged Expedia as I went to the front desk. A heavy set lady with white hair was frustrated and giving poor customer service as soon as I mentioned it. Claiming she needed proof and etc. I showed her the bite marks. She claimed I needed to find a bug. I expressed that I saw on the reviews that others have said they had bed bugs. Her claim was that’s just people who don’t get their way. I went back to my room pulls the blankets back and a nice size bed bought was crawling. I picked it up and put it in a cup and brought it to her. She then claimed I brought them there. I was offended we went back and fourth and she eventually told me to get my S*** and get out. They refused to refund me! I filed complaints with several departments!!! They’re selling liquor illegally from the front desk and food. Don’t book here !!!! "

"The carpets, elevator, and pool area were dirty with debris on the floor and smudges on the windows and walls. The first room had no working light when you entered the room the second room had a bedside lamp with a burnt out bulb. The staff was accomodating when I requested a room change due to the light not working in my room. The room was clean. But, the office chair was unstable. The pool had a broken safety ring floating in it and the floor was dirty. The hotel did not feel cared for. I won't stay again."

"This property should be advertised as an extended stay property. People actually live at this site. There were abandoned cars in the parking lot. The furniture was worn. The towels were stained. The refrigerator froze beverages. "
