"Honestly nowhere close to the listing. Not sure why it’s listed as luxury when there was nothing luxury about it. The washer and dryer were out of order. The microwave was not clean. Stains all over the walls. Mold on some of the air-vents for a/c that my friend got sick from. Shower was grimy and not clean at all. Plenty of furniture broken upon arrival. No forks to use. Found 2 cockroaches. And to make matters worse, when brought up to the host they suggested us to move rooms and TOLD me that...

"The property is very beautiful, but our stay had some disappointing issues. When we booked, the listing stated that all taxes and fees were included and advertised access to the pool. However, at check-in, we were told there was an extra charge per night to use these facilities. This charge was only disclosed in a letter sent after we had already made the reservation.
On our first night, the pool was already closed when we arrived, yet the nightly charge still applied. We also found a cockroach...
