"This hotel was close to the train and only 1 stop away from my daughter’s new apartment. Unfortunately, I don’t speak Japanese and had my daughter with me for check in. I accidentally booked a smoking room. The desk clerk assured us that it won’t be a problem to switch if I don’t like my booked room. "This hotel is in a perfect location and offers a friendly, comfortable, and chic experience. The pizza restaurant is wonderful offering excellent breakfast and coffee in the mornings, and delicious meals for lunch and dinner. The coffee and beer house on the lower level offers a fun ambiance and makes the best cappuccinos and grilled cheese sandwiches. The room was a bit smaller than we expected, and not as clean as we would have liked, but overall, we were comfortable and happy with our stay."
