"The hotel itself is looking a bit tired but our room was spotless and clean. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The buffet breakfast was hot and tasty. The location is amazing. Fantastic place to stay if u don't want to spend loads of time in the hotel."

"Kind of okay, but some of the staff were really bothered if you need anything or ask them a question. At the pub the staff were a bit weird and made us feel not welcomed. Most of them looked very tense and wanted you to get out of their faces quickly. Some of them were good. They should leave more milk bags in the rooms."

"The building is old and dingy. It has a musty odor and carpets are gross. If I had any idea how bad this place was I wouldn’t have stayed there. They also do not have air conditioning in rooms. If I had known that I wouldn’t have stayed there. The only positive thing for me was the bed - it was very comfortable. I booked last minute so unfortunately there weren’t many options."

"Lovely hotel, staff really friendly. Free parking round the back of the hotel with space for about 10 cars. Breakfast was included with our room. The breakfast consists of self serve cereals, fruit juices and water then you order from a menu for the rest of your breakfast. We opted for poached eggs on toast and the poached eggs were perfect. There are 14 rooms available at this hotel which is above a pub. There isn’t a lift so if you have mobility issues you may struggle. No air conditioning...

"Room was much bigger than expected (possibly an upgrade) and seemed to have been recently renovated. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was included although my invoice stated room only. Apparently all rooms here include breakfast which was very good. "I stayed here for one night with my daughter after a trip to Peppa Pig World, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were lovely, and there was so much to do. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, played ping-pong, explored the grounds, and even went on the zip line. The most magical part was seeing the wild horses just a short walk away.
