"Great location, super modern and clean, staff was very friendly and even had a birthday card for my daughter and let us use a Polaroid camera to make memories. They saw us dressed up in kimonos and came outside to take pictures of us. Even told us where to pose so you could see the beautiful temple in the background. Overall, this was a beautiful place and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend"

"I am not a picky traveler, but with this place we had issues since the begging of our arrival. Had to pay an extra tax that was not disclosed during booking, It cost us an extra $4000 yen for our stay. When checking in instructions were given to us on how to access, but when we get to the property there was no key box to be found, guess what, the key box was inside the building we needed access to. The code they gave us to enter was not registered, had to call and gain access to the building to...

"Cute, small location. Next to nishiki market and a lot of other stores and good restaurants. Very walkable. There is a cute mouse downstair in the lobby bc of the open area."
