"- check in and check out was smooth - bed was hard with 2 wierd pillow, but extra bed is more comfortable than the main bed - breakfast lounge was at 5th floor, with limited choice, but good breakfast: white / grain bread, 1 choice of meat (sausage/ham), 1 choice of egg (boiled, scramble), 1 choice of vegetable dish, 2 kinds of bun/pastry, 4 kinds of salad, 1 kind of soup/porridge, fruits, yogurt, 2 kinds of cereal, oat, milk, 2 kinds of juice, and coffee machine with choices of good...

"Location is really good, directly opposite Orchard Central and in the shopping area. 5 mins walk to MRT and most eateries be it at malls or hawker area with happy hours such as Emerald Hill and Cuppage Terrace. This property was formerly managed by Somerset and now own managed. Everything remains the same except looks kind of dated but really in good condition. Clean and comfortable. They only take booking for min 6 nights stay due to it has no hotel license. The main entrance is at the side...

"The location was great and easy to walk to two different MRT stations. The accommodation was clean and provided everything if you wanted to cook etc. The shower grouting could do with a facelift but it didn't matter to us. The staff were amazing, friendly and provided excellent customer service. Would stay here again."
