"We checked into a clean room with clean towels. after the first night I went out the room about 11am, No one cleaned my room or gave us clean towels for the next day. The all the ice machine in the entire hotel was out of service, no ice at all in the hotel. Then you charge for parking my car. Very disappointed."

"I have been several times, it is one of my favorite hotels in Yonkers, I love the attention and the service, Very Clean and Its decoration and the convenience of the breakfast included that by the way Very good and the girls always very attentive! I like that it has a bar restaurant on the first floor, the food and the drinks are very good. The drawback is that from Monday to Thursday they close it at 10:00pm and Friday and Saturday at 12:00pm"

"Gym is trash machine is broken be aware of your room door they are broken or fix bc they were prior work orders that they were broken and they come apart very easily when you try to close them and make you pay for damages on wooden doors that prior fix with plaster to make them look ok but far from ok they break when you try to close them and change you $300 to fix they should never ever ren you a room anyone can easily get in the room which makes me think. Are they doing this to get in the rooms easily and Rob you be careful I would book a room in Noma again"

"The room was clean, but there weren’t many places to hang towels in the bathroom. There was no hair dryer. The fire alarm (or emergency exit alarm?) randomly went off several times during the day. During one night, someone was smoking in the hallway and it came in under the door, and the other night, people were shouting at each other for an hour at 3 am. We heard mopping/sweeping outside the door both nights before 5 am."
