The hotel also received a parcel for me prior to my arrival which was greatly appreciated. Note, although the staff are friendly and obliging, this is a business hotel, not a tourist hotel, so don't expect comprehensive tourist support information or services. "

"Amazing! Staff are very warm and helpful. Location is right after we exit at the station south exit. Lots of restaurants nearby. 7-11 and Lawson are right beside the hotel. We bought lots of cooked food at Foodway after check in at 6 pm for dinner. Onsen is another bonus. "
