Ryokan di Kanagawa

"Beautiful rooms and property. The size of the rooms were fantastic. We had a wonderful stay! I only deducted a star because there’s no room service and some of the vending machines are inside the onsen area, so they aren’t accessible by both men and women on particular days. Also be aware that only one onsen has a Mountain View, and it may not be your day to use it if you’re a man or woman,"

"We loved it here! So relaxing after a few busy days in Tokyo. Food is amazing and plentiful, and the onsen literally felt healing"

"Excellent hotel"

"二回目。 家族6人旅行 箱根駅から近く、移動に便利。 とても綺麗、夕飯も美味しい。"

"Excellent Ryokan, would highly recommend"

"Loved our stay. The views from the rooms are amazing."

"①部屋に入室した時点から部屋が臭く、排水溝が原因といわれ、掃除はしてくれたものの、一晩中臭かった。 ②夕食時、はじめにビールを頼んだが、届かず、2度もまだかと確認したが、順番に入れているのでと言われた。 ③水を頼んでも、なかなか入れに来てくれない。 ④食事のシステム（席に着くまで、待たされる）も無駄に待たされ、よくない。"

"Beautiful place!"

"Everything was great. Definitely a place to reset and enjoy beautiful energy. The entire staff was amazing"

"Nice"

"I highly recommend Hotel Nanpuso to anyone visiting Hakone. What made our stay memorable wasn’t just the beautiful hotel or Japanese hospitality, but the incredible people who went above and beyond to take care of us. We arrived around 8 PM after a 14-hour flight and a four-hour transfer. Despite our late arrival, the hotel thoughtfully arranged a full kaiseki dinner for us so we wouldn’t miss out on this wonderful Japanese dining experience. The following morning, our Klook tour plans nearly...

"Excellent traditional onsen food (10 courses for dinner and breakfast), excellent staff (one even printed us a map of hiking trails when asked about hiking in the area). The rooms are luxurious, especially the open air private onsen on the balcony. The bathhouses have lovely pools and saunas. A relaxing time, you are sure to feel pampered. Made our honeymoon feel extra special!"

"This is a beautiful Japanese inn. We loved having the whole experience including the use of the private onsen, the beautiful tatami mats, the delicious multi course meal, and wonderful staff. It's very close to gora station so it's very convenient. It's a wonderful value for a indescribable experience."

"We appreciate the graciousness of the host. Having private access to the onsen is a blessing. However, we weren't sure if"

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early to check in our bags. They also helped us with our breakfast bentos which we couldn't find a place to heat up. We were extremely thankful for this as we arrived very hungry! We went out for a walk around the area and took the bus to lake ashinoko, hakone shrine and a boat ride. Afterwards, we came back after the standard check in time to claim our bags to move to the room, but our bags were already in our room for us! The private onsen...

"They assigned Mina to our group and she was our concierge throughout our stay. She was so patient! We had an 18 month old who could be picky eaters but Mina was able to help accommodate our needs and even found toys for her to keep her occupied as we were having dinner. The ryokan also has a private funicular that leads up the hill to the ropeway station, making it an ideal location for travelers."
