"Sadly this hotel really isn’t suitable for Europeans or Americans. We were served with little warmth or hospitality upon arrival and not custom to our taste of breakfast or lifestyle. Everything shuts in the town centre at 5pm and dinner and bar ends 8pm here so it was a very lonely experience. Room was tired, dirty and small gestures such as no coffee offered at 9.35 (5 minutes after breakfast ended!) little things like this made a disappointing visit. "The main areas (lobby, hallways, restaurants) were nice enough and clean however our room was not at all what we would have expected for $400/night CAD. The entire hotel was dated and is in need of updating but our room was particularly in bad shape. The air conditioning didn’t work well and we had little control over it.
