"Pagamos US$1,100 dólares por nuestra estadía y, lamentablemente, la habitación no tenía nevera. La solicitamos desde el primer día y nunca nos la llevaron, provocando que se dañaran varias comidas que habíamos comprado.
Es el primer hotel de esta categoría y de esta zona al que voy donde una habitación no cuenta con nevera. Además, una de las toallas que nos entregaron una estaba rota. Aunque no todas estaban en esas condiciones, considero que el hotel debe tener un mejor control de calidad...

"The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was a joyful blast, attended by a crowd of young, vibrant neighborhood locals. We had a couple of appetizers at Rosa's. They were delicious. The margarita I had was just right. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. It would have been nice to have decaf coffee along with the regular fir those who can't have caffeine but still enjoy morning coffee. Celestial teas were a nice touch....

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The front desk charged me twice for the room and attempted to check me in under another guest name, despite me already paying upfront through Expedia. When I brought it to their attention, the staff member became combative and argumentative.
I explained that the person she referenced was not me. The only similarity was that we shared the same first name, but we have different last names. The situation went back and forth until the manager...
