"The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. The hotel is older and we did have some issues. Breakfast was not good. There are no closets in the rooms to hang things. Overall our stay was fine and all issues were resolved, we did feel like the staff was quite helpful."

Room had a living room and bedroom, bedroom had its own tv as did the living room. If I’m ever needing to spend the night in the Des Moines area, I will absolutely come back here."

She was very efficient, frequently checking to see that there was adequate food for her guests and restocking. She was always on the move, wiping down the serving area and removing trash. We owned restaurants and we recognized that she’s an asset to your business"
