"The parking situation was terrible when I arrived. I had to go around the building and under the building to park. It really doesn't seem very safe there. Breakfast is not the best. The bananas were green. The pancake maker wasn't working. The employee tried to help but I'm not sure what ended up happening. The coffee is absolutely terrible. It's bitter and just tastes bad. "This was an amazing stay! Came up to Manchester for a weekend with my girlfriend and the stay was perfect! Room had great amenities and extremely clean! The hotel staff were super kind and informative. The restaurant they have here is also delicious! Everything within walking distance. Good bars, food, shops, and stores! If you are staying in Manchester I would 100% recommend this place!"

We had a guaranteed prepaid reservation for a reason - we had a late arriving flight and thought guaranteed meant they would hold our room - not give it away to someone else!!"
