"Staff was great at check in and very responsive throughout our family's stay. The location is great and proximity to the Palisades Village was convenient. Going ice skating and sledding are memories that my family will enjoy remembering. There were also three hot tubs and two pools. My family enjoyed the on site food options. The pub and the breakfast buffet were both good. Feel it's worth it compared to other options. "

"I stayed at PlumpJack inn for a wedding I was attending down the road. I stayed for one night. My check in time was very close to the time that the wedding ceremony started, so I was a bit nervous that I was going to be scrambling and possibly late to the ceremony. I arrived in the late morning to PlumpJack and asked reception if there was any way I could check in earlier. "As advertised, no surprises. We did the after-hours check-in, which was a little unusual, but worked well enough. (Arrive at main office, call number on the door, live person answers and provides you with a lockbox number and the code to get into that box.
