"Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Lobby area couch was incredibly dirty/stained. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close all of the way. Didn’t use pool or gym but saw others using and looked fine. Continental breakfast included coffee and tea station, waffle station; toasted breads, yogurts, jelly’s, cream cheese, biscuits, gravy, sausages, egg patties, cereal station, bananas; apples, orange juice, apple juice lemonade. Perfect to save and time and money not having to stop for breakfast with two kids under 10."

"First off. The pool was advertised to be open. When I checked in. I seen a sign next to the counter that stated the pool was closed. Immediately I get frustrated because I drove from out of town to celebrate my son’s 10th birthday and this was the only hotel/ room I could book for this. The reception stated they will try to clean the pool and open it for use. I told them I rather not swim in a half clean pool. They assured me it was going to be clean. So we swam. Pool: 2 ⭐️ Now the room, absolutely horrible. Looked like it was still being worked on. Extremely dusty and filled with Rat droppings and Black Mold in the toilet restroom area. And I booked a room with two Queen beds just to get two Full sized beds. Room: 1 ⭐️ Breakfast was underwhelming, you’re better off going to Cracker Barrel or Burger King right across the way. Breakfast: 1 ⭐️"

"The room smelled horrible, I couldn’t sleep from the smell. Light shined through the whole door, I didn’t feel it was safely locked. The hall was tile flooring and I could hear every footstep from people walking by. I will never stay at a Super 8 again. You get what you pay for!"

"Cockroaches everywhere, bedbugs, cigarette smoke smell, cigarette burn holes in sheets and top blanket. Unbeknownst to me, when I arrived they made me pay cash up front for 3 days plus $50.00 cash deposit held for 3 days. WI-FI not working so no TV working without personal hotspot. When I was out of the room for my second day there, they had put someone else in my room who, rightly so, freaked out when I was trying to get in the room because the card key wasn’t working. I also freaked out like why the f are you in my paid for room?! They apologized and put me in another room…with all the same issues above. (Plus NO toilet paper) Bath tub faucet handle fell off when touched. Sketchy people wandering all around. I could go on but the sooner I forget this nightmare experience, the better. I was stuck and f’d as it was INDY 500 weekend. Honestly, a bush under a bridge would have been a major upgrade."
