"The shower floor was as slippery as a hockey rink, with no curb, so water got out on the tile which made that slippery too. I was supposed to get a 6:00 AM wakeup call...that never occurred."

"The staff was very customer oriented and very friendly. The inside of the building (including our room) was very clean and well maintained. The only issue was a funky stale odor when you enter the room. They could use another chair in the room. All & all a very nice place."

"The room okay. The carpet felt dirty on bare feet. I did not like that we didn't get room service or the option for room service. The had a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said you would get room service every 3 days, which we were only staying 3 nights - no room service for fresh towels, get our trash, etc. Everywhere else I have been, they offer daily room service if I chose."

"If you have a special request of this hotel, they apparently do not read the statements that are sent as a message to The hotel from for instance Expedia or any other travel agency that you sent a message from. You will have to call the property individually if you have a room Request. this hotel is amazing. We’ve always loved it. Rachel in the daytime is always dependable and always kind and considerate and does a fantastic job at keeping the patrons happy she should be the manager great...

"The room was clean, AC worked properly, the kitchenet was convenient. This place offers great breakfast options, friendly staff assists with breakfast and all over the place. If we'll travel to Lansing again, we will stay there for sure."

"We had a double king room. Was disappointed that we didn’t have a microwave in the room. I have a problem with dry eyes and need to heat up an eye compress and had to do it in the public area. Someone had made popcorn in there before I put my compress in and made it smell like burnt popcorn! I also drink tea and brought my own tea bags but had Togo downstairs to use the microwave for that all three nights of our stay."

"Nice quiet motel very near the interstate. Easy to find, and everyone was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and had a bathtub instead of only a shower!"

"I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it"
