"I had an extremely poor experience at easyHotel Ipswich and would not stay here again. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel to add my daughter to the booking but received no response. Instead, I was sent a generic reminder to bring ID, which I did (including my passport), yet no ID was even checked on arrival. "A very nice and clean place to stay for a night or two. We stayed in a standard double room for 1 x night and was comfortable and clean room. Ate in the bar restaurant and food was really tasty and staff friendly. "

Bed was very firm but could feel every spring in the mattress. Shower pressure abysmal and scalding to start. Had to use a lot of force just to get the dial round to get the cold water flowing and still low pressure. Some say adds character, I’d say it lacked comfort. "
