"The room was comfortable and clean. I thought it it wasn't very well equipped for being a 4 star hotel. I paid £170, as a single guest and this did not include breakfast and there is no parking at the hotel. There was no iron in my room and I needed to prepare my clothing for work. There was also no phone in the room to contact reception to ask for an iron. I know air conditioning and a fridge is a luxury but an iron is basic. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is set on lovely grounds with plenty of parking but unfortunately the hotel itself is tired and in desperate need of some investent, room had dirty carpets and air con didnt work but was provided a fan stuck on oscilate. Wouldn't stay again unless improvements were made that being said location is excellent for getting to and frome wembley stadium in decent time."

There were holes in the wall and huge chunks dug out the plasterboard.
