"High-spec fitout rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds. The food and drink were of a high standard, as were the spa and gym facilities. The staff were all welcoming and professional."

"For a night stay hotel was suitable for our needs. You can tell the rooms are very dated. The chair for the desk has peeling leather and was wonky. AC/Heating wasn't working properly. The outdoor card lock to annex wasn't functional. Anyone could walk into the building to be honest. Bed was comfortable. Staff i had encountered were nice. "

"Basic needs met in a reasonably priced (including a free car park on site) hotel. Nothing to fault really. Reception / manager very friendly and efficient. Even though 2miles away from Slough town centre, it is served directly outside the door by a very frequent, nearly 24hrs bus service."

"Lovely place with kitchenette and a dining area, which is useful for heating up leftovers when we have stayed more than one night. Conveniently located in Slough, with great food options and a short drive from Legoland. Residence Inn has been out go-to place when we visit Legoland given it's location convenience and overall cleanliness. "

"The pictures are deceiving. The room was without electricity meaning kettle/TV/fridge were unusable and very old. The shower was old and outdated. The room was very small, hardly room between the beds. There was a boiler noise that kept us awake nearly all night long. The restaurant in the same building seemed nice and was well frequented. The only plus was it was only 10 minutes from the rental car drop off and despite the room/amenities being poor the staff were helpful and sympathetic. Of...

"Very run down and poorly managed hotel. Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold, No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days. People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms. Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music "
