"We stayed for 4 nights. It was really hot out and the room was hot. First room, a/c didn't work. They changed us to another room. 2nd room, a/c worked first night. Then each day it stopped working. I told the front staff on 4 occasions. They reset it from their end. I had the worst sleeps in the hot room with flat uncomfortable pillows. The front staff said that they disconnect the a/c each day. It is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this hotel."

"very quite room in spite of being in the city of Windsor . A good pub across the street (30 seconds walk) , plenty of parking, good breakfast. Highly recommended"

"For the astronomical price, I was hoping for more. Walking in the front door, the light switch button popped off, setting the tone for the rest of the night. Shower door that hits glass on glass, a gap underneath so the bathroom floods, light switches that make no sense at all, dirty iron and kettle. The only thing this place has going for it is the convenient location if you have an early morning flight out of terminal 5."
