"Apartment itself was nice. Comfortable bed and kitchen/living room good. Key issues: Cleanliness - pots and pans dirty and not properly washed. Naturally question how clean everything else was! Missing amenities: no shower gel/shampoo provided even though stated in the booking confirmation. Quite frustrating when you turn up late after work and then end up having to go back out to purchase basics such as this. "The room was rather small but adequate for 2 nights. It was rather a long steep way to get to our room as it was top of the pub and we are oaps! Very noisy on Saturday night but not bad on Sunday. Basically it needs refurbishment. No breakfast available too. "
