They went above and beyond to help us find items we had forgotten at home. Room was clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked, and the bed was comfortable. It was an overall great stay!"

"Hotel is fine for a one night stay but was very expensive considering that it’s not even a 3 star hotel. Our room had an odor that was masked with an overpowering perfume smell. We were incredibly grossed out and generally felt uncomfortable taking off our shoes. We left as early as physically possible the next day."

The pics looked ok, we did not even end up checking in the parking lot and lobby made us feel so unsafe. We bought the coverage and tried to cancel and get refunded but the coverage is a trap. Don’t stay here no matter what and don’t waste money on trip insurance. "
