"Lovely rooms and a comft bed. I had the the biggest room they have and it was bigger than I expected, with enough floor space for luggage and moving around with ease. Bathroom was a bit too small for my liking and the water pressure could have been stronger. Lovely girl who checked me in and out."

"I paid in advance for three rooms under three name, but they charged one person on the reservation an additional and random 1,000 on check out. When she called to find out why first they claimed it was mini bar charges (would have been a lot of m and m’s) then that it was the charge for the stay. Again, it was prepaid. The room was decently clean but tired. Good location. Cons: The pool temperature fluctuated between 71-104. We couldn’t count on using it. We were told we had an Amazon package delivered when we checked in. It took 3 phone calls and 24 hours to actually get it. As other reviews mention, the elevators are really an issue....

"I will start with the positives: Clean, attractive and modern property. I prefer smaller properties such as Made Hotel. Nice cafe on the first floor. Central Manhattan location and good access to multiple subway lines. These were the things that were less than ideal: Small rooms and beds. Immediate neighborhood is so-so. Overall: I give it an okay rating especially for a short stay in Mid Town. We got a really good deal by pre-paying for our stay."

"Booked a king room. Got a double ADA. Was not told about the room availability. Walked into the room to realize. Was told there was nothing they could do. Then took a shower in the MOST DISGUSTING shower I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It was clogged and filthy. Standing in water up to my ankles."
