"I spent one night here and it was lovely. Staff were pleasant and helpful and the property was clean, including my room. I parked at the millennium point instead of the hotel as it was much better value for money and it is only a short walk."

"Nothing to fault really. Very convenient for departures hall. Can be very expensive if you don’t wait to book until a couple of weeks before the stay I wanted to book a few months and it was £170.00 so waited until three weeks before and price was £64.00, but you run the risk of the hotel being full."

"This is the fourth time we have stayed at The Grand and each stay has been flawless. Staff here are next level and are super friendly and attentive. The attached bar Madeline is an elegant mix of modern and Parisian Deco. Again the bar staff were brilliant. The room was spotless along with the bathroom. We have always stayed in the "entry" level room at just over £100 and found the size and quality of fittings outstanding."

"Staff very friendly with easy check in. Although Broad Street noisy at night sound proofing great.,Room had everything you need. Plenty of tea bags milk etc. one small comment sink very low and poor lighting in bathroom. Shower was great 😃"

"Small but adequate room. Fridge freezer in there, not sure why you’d need a freezer ??? Somehow managed to get 3 bites on my arm overnight ? Car parking was good. Tv was good ,even got netflix on"
