"The hotel was fantastic, staff very helpful. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and had good amenities. The location is great, I would definitely stay here again. My only gripe was the discount voucher for drinks in the bar - this was applied, but then a service fee was added to the bill which amounted to the same (10%), so it seemed a bit pointless!"

"Very well located hotel with good amenities and standard of rooms. The only downside was how difficult it is to get good quality sleep either of the pillows provided. Might seam petty but it’s important to have comfort to aid a good night’s sleep. I would however recommend this hotel and location"

Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham

"Despite initial stressful issues with the contracted staff at the parking booths in resort world sending me to the wrong car park (main resorts world) when we had a suite & underground hotel parking, delaying our check in and almost missing our Spa treatment almost defeating the relaxation experience and causing unnecessary delays when hotel staff told me where to wait for an Uber yet two Uber drivers cancelled because they changed the pick up point to "Nike" shop due to issues they told me involving issues entering that zone with the same parking security. However (1) I did not know where this shop is located on the premises (2) I have mobility issues (3)causing further unnecessary stress & delays when 2 x trips were cancelled by the drivers and I was charged. There needs to be training & better communication between hotel and parking booth security for a smoother less stressful check in with car and the fact Uber drivers say a lot of the time they are unable to collect guests where hotel staff suggested. Overall accommodation, facilities, staff attentiveness & professionalism was noted. They had the foresight to avoid us missing our treatments by leaving luggage at desk to head straight to the spa. The Spa facilities if I had been more relaxed when I arrived would have been fantastic however due to aforementioned issues I was time constraint, disappoi and feeling anxious about checking in after and the ush to get to the hotel suite and get ready for early evening event."
