"The bathroom floor in the handicapped room was very slippery when wet. The pool water was ice cold There were not enough chairs near the pool for everyone staying at the hotel. Only once in the 6 days I was there did I get a seat by the pool (and that was only one chair). The gym is very small The WiFi was sporadic Not a pleasant experience overall "

"Cleaning staff did not speak any English so failed many times to clean the room even when asked. Impossible to find a pool chair and long service to be waited on at the pool. First night was set up in a super noisy room. Above valet parking / front desk reception. Did accommodate us the next day to switch rooms. Manager at the restaurant was super nice as most of the staff did not know the restaurant had change name so finding your take out order was a challenge. Overall was expecting so much...

"I’d have to say our stay was good. The cleaning staff was great, receptionists and pool wait staff were also very helpful. A couple downsides…from our “Camelback view” rooms, you could only see palm trees, no view on the mountain whatsoever. The downside of pet friendly, was the dog in a room near ours barking a lot and a strong urine smell in the hall, which props to the cleaning crew, smelled of bleach in the afternoon. It was nice to have a spa onsite, but I’d probably rate it 6/10. ...

"The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. "

"Great location, within walking distance perhaps 10-12 minutes, if you are going to the princess light show. Toddler loved the kid pool play area. "
