What a nice hotel. They are a bit under construction and the elevator was out if service. This didn't impact me at all but could be a surprise fir someone with a lot of luggage or with mobility issues. Fantastic location. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice vintage hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Less than 5 minutes walk from Avon and Studio theaters. Restaurant in hotel and many others within minutes walking distance. Tom Patterson and Festival Theater walkable distance in decent weather.

The Penrose Suites
Great place to stay. Modern, clean, large space. Woke up to a beautiful view of the golf course. The property was steps away from the Social Thirty One Restaurant. Looking forward to go back.

GLOBALSTAY. Elegant 3 Bedroom Townhouse in London
Three bedrooms up and a basement room for the late movie watchers. Great for a family, only 1 full bath would be tight for a group. I would book again.
