"Booked through Expedia, paid almost $200 to find out that what I booked was a motel not a hotel. The hotel itself has both motel and hotel rooms but that was not mentioned when I booked the room. While we were checking in, we asked to change to a hotel room. The hotel employee asked for over $60 extra if we want to switch. "Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are "basic and a little tired" but clean. We came for Stratford Festival so we only slept here. Reasonably priced for that purpose. Air conditioning worked well. Room temperature was perfect. Lots of parking. Nice that they have complimentary coffee and tea"
