The Windsor Hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We were in the apartment. My children/grandchildren were in 2 other suites. Our room because a great gathering area for meals and family fun. Though the rooms might use a little up grade, everything was clean and working. Would definitely return.

We've stayed here twice, and will again. The first time we had a very small room, but at a recent stay the room was huge. The bathroom was European tiny, and no counter or even sinktop room to put anything. Still, it was clean and just fine. The location is perfect, and the staff is better than perfect—helpful, kind, and knew how to take care of business (including running outside to stop a parking cop from giving us a ticket as we were leaving and loading up).

Rooms were very spacious. Loved the extra seating area with the couch & tv, which had Roku & a lot of viewing options. Also liked that the smaller bed had a wall which separated it from the tv area. Shower was very nice and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent, walking distance to the Avon and lots of restaurants and shops.

The Windsor Hotel is a lovely older building with much charm. While the rooms could use a little sprucing up, they were clean and well equipped. We had the apartment suite. It was perfect for a family event. My children & family were in 2 other rooms. Lots of room for the 11 of us to get together to share meals and family fun. Loved having a kitchen to prepare breakfast and snacks for us all. The staff was absolutely the best. So attentive and very friendly. All our request were quickly tended to and always with a smile. Will be going back.

Very old antique feel. But clean rooms and very quiet in spite of the old architecture. Friendly staff. Great location for festival goers and within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Not much in the way of amenities but has a lot of charm.

I liked the room because it had a large area sitting area with the TV and dining table with 4 chairs with a small fridge and kettle/nespresso machine. This area is separated from sleeping area and bathroom which was very spacious. Great bedding for a comfortable bed were a nice touch. The restaurant downstairs was a great addition.. The staff were very professional and helpful to accommodating my requests.

This is a clean property kept with pride. This is also an old building with old building charms. Maintenance must work hard to keep this hotel running well. I would suggest to the hotel to offer a parking shuttle when people need to park offsite.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. Parking was a 5 min walk away which was fine because it was free! The hotel is every centrally located to great restaurants.

The location is great, just a couple of blocks from the Avon Theatre. The room was small but big enough to move around in and comfortable. The bathroom was also small but a comfortable size. The bed was good. The staff were nice. The air conditioning worked well. I had to jiggle the handle of the toilet to stop it from running and make it refill. The complimentary breakfast is only coffee/tea and a choice of croissants or a granola parfait. It also isn't served until 7:30am, which is a little late. We ended up going to Features for breakfast (it opens at 6:30am), which was excellent - good selection, good prices, good portion sizes, great food, then got the hotel coffee and a croissant for an early lunch/snack at 10am.

Was very disappointed that there was not enough parking on the premises for a hotel this size. Only about 8 parking spots that you had to reserve. If you couldn't get one of the 8 reserved parking spots you had to park in a public lot which was a 10 minute walk from hotel.
