"This was an amazing hotel, the staff was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean, updated and spacious. There is complementary champagne when you arrive, the mini bar is feee and is replenished each day, and they have an amazing breakfast that is included with your stay. We did not realize the hotel also has shuttle service from the airport as well. I would come back and stay here again"

"Very awful room, they mentioned, the room has a garden view which was a joke. You could see another concrete walls surrounding a very small poorly maintained lawn! If one throw themselves out of the window, they might be able to see that poorly maintained lawn. Breakfast was poor, overall it was one of the worst Ritz Carltons. I do not recommend it, at all!"

"Wow, great stay. Impressive skylights with shading or blackout feature. Strong AC, kitchen equipment check off all of our boxes. Staff super friendly and available, even the gym staff were super friendly. Finding the front entrance was the only issue...with luggage use the courtyard entrance. Other entrances are available but include a few steps up."

"We are a repeating guests in this hotel. The hotel services are excellent in the reactive services. If you ask, they make it happen (mostly). I would hope they could get a little bit better in the proactive services. I'm introvert and it is very uncomfortable for me to call the front desk. For example the rooms don't have a kettle for boiling hot water for tea etc. (They have the cups and teas there..) I'm a tea drinker and a bad sleeper and asking 5x a day to bring hot water to the room is very...

"The property exceeded expectations. It was like living in a palace with excellent amenities. On top, ts location is great for anyone who wants to explore Vienna without driving long distances. Highly recommended. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Breakfasr had options for every tastebandbmade our start easier. It was an excellent stay!"
