"The curtain was broken and laying in the floor. I was offered a new room but I fixed it myself. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head was old and stopped up. At 200 dollars a night I expected more."

"I showed up after booking a reservation. When I arrived they told me they had no vacancy. I told them I had booked a reservation through expedia but they still told me they had no rooms available. Also, the front office smelled of Marijuana. Could have come from one of the guest, but the odor was very strong."

"Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything."

"We booked this hotel specifically because it had an indooor pool for our kids. The pool closed and the only reason i was given was they were “out of towels”. This made no sense and then when i ask again and suggested i could just use my own…. I was told it would be ready and open in about 30 mins bc housekeeping needed to clean up around it?? I could see inside and it was not messy. Just weird why it was closed and no one could give me a straight answer."

"Low score on how well property maintained due to plumbing issues in room. Toilet in room needs updating , shower valve in room needs updating, shower curtain does not keep water in the shower subsequently allowing water to seep threw onto bathroom floor. Bathtub and sink drain slow drain. Recommend updating and maintaining plumbing fixtures. I work for a full scale plumbing company that could help.
