"The room was ok but my toilet flusher handle was extremely loose. The bath tub had lots of marks and cuts in the tile. The closet sliding door was broken so I couldn't open or close it more. The staff was very helpful and pleasant."

"Everything was "fine". We booked 3 rooms for work, and all 3 had some discomfort with the beds. The room had a fridge that was completely useless because it was filled with stupid over priced drinks, and we couldn't put our own food in. In the past, we stayed at the Signature at MGM (which is what we will return to in the future), so we didn't realize what a step down we were taking when we booked at the MGM. My TLDR would be, just book at the signature, it's so much better. But, the MGM staff was amazing, every single employee we encountered did an amazing job, right down to the security guards I needed directions from. Staff is top knotch! ....Facility, slightly less so. "

"The floors were dirty, sheets and towels were stained. Room smelt of cigarette smoke. Neighbors woke us up at 230am yelling at each other for over an hour until the police were called. Would not stay again."
