"Beautiful renovated lobby/hotel and great location. The rooms are a nice size for NYC. You can tell there’s still a tiny bit of work to be done and that they pretty much painted over everything in the rooms, but they aren’t bad at all. Aside from the terribly confusing elevators, I’m incredibly happy with my stay! I’ll be back!"

"Overall the stay was great. Right near the sub, restaurants, shops and time square. The only issue I had was I believe one of the staff tricked me into thinking they upgraded my room. I paid for a view and my room was supposed to have a microwave. She told me that they upgraded me to a king size bed. But it was a really small room with no view and no microwave. I stayed here once before so I know how it is to have a bigger room. And view. I feel like my attire probably made her think I wouldn’t care. Other than that it was good , the bar tender was great. I forgot her name but she was a mixed girl who made me feel welcomed. And there was a young lady whose name was Chasity or something like that who was very helpful and thoughtful. Great location just be sure to get the room you paid for and don’t let them just give you any room."
