"This is a beautiful hotel and staff was very helpful. The only issue we had was that the coffee was very weak and looked like tea. We asked and they said it had just been brewed. We paid 40 for a continental breakfast and were not able to drink the coffee. Otherwise lovely stay and would stay here again."

"Clean room and overall facility. Very friendly staff, my room was ready early. As a solo traveler I felt safe and welcomed with security and plenty of staff on hand. My room was very clean, updated, with a great view and very nice bathroom. Nearby shopping and quick bites were very convenient and great. Loved the location. Will stay here again."

"This hotel is in a good location for those visiting the city. I saw The Late Show at the Ed Sullivan theater and that was close by. The hotel was in rough shape. There was a dumpster out front for trash from renovations, that was off putting. The condition was clearly dated. A once beautiful building is now pretty run down. The room was in rough shape, the carpet was stained, the entertainment center was really weathered and had fresh sticky paint. There was a loose wire sticking out of the air...
