Our original room had broken A/C and they immediately moved us to another room. the following day when I had believed I had left something in the previous room, by their suggestion they took me up to the room to check and look for it. The staff gave Zero hassel or judgement. "Terrible dingy rooms that smell foul.
Booked thru Expedia but got charged again by hotel without explanation. later they make you check with their 99 different teams without owning up and helping to resolve overcharge. Very poor experience.
Mandatory charge of $35 for property fees which is not transparent or adjusted against promised benefits like breakfast.. this hotel robs money in broad daylight."

"For the location and the ambiance, you can't beat this hotel. Fantastic location right next to Columbus circle across from the Lincoln Center. Amazing spot. The pool on the roof is smaller than expected but absolutely gorgeous and the views are without comparison. Our room, however, left much to be desired. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
