"The front desk and shuttle staff were very kind. It felt like a family atmosphere. I spent a lot of time using the printer and heard how nicely they treated their customers and each other. Everything was well maintained. Parking charges were a bit unexpected, though. It wasn't very clear from the website."

"Parking onsite was easy. the hotel has very long hallways. Got my steps in! Very close to Mall of America. There is a shuttle to go there. Overall an excellent place for our meeting."

"I was disappointed in the fee for parking overnight. I expect that downtown but not that far out of the downtown area. They do charge for park and fly which is completely understandable but we were leaving in the am. I did not see this information when I was trying to decide on a hotel."
