"We loved this hotel! The staff were helpful and the breakfast was great! I accidentally left some clothing pieces in the closet. I spoke with Vinny last night and he was very courteous and helpful in assisting me in making arrangements to get these items back."

"Our check in at front desk was wonderful because of Danny. He was personable and throughout our 4 days he made a point to remember our names and make sure he offered something every time. Actually for the most part every worker greeted us with a smile and were friendly. Also found the closeness to the walking trail a major plus as well as walking by the water peaceful. The hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful quaint town. In regards to the room, it was very basic but suited our needs fine....

"Small cockroaches found in the unit … all over bathroom, kitchen, living area. And not the large palmetto roaches that come in from outside. A/C stopped cooling on last night of the stay. I requested to speak with a manager and was told to send an email as the front desk person did not know when the manager would be available! Sent email but no response… called again today and was told to send another email!! I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"The offerings for breakfast were various. I loved the coffee. Breakfast was yummy. The staff was friendly and accommodated us to store 13' pole vault poles. The room smelled wonderful, and the bed/pillows were soft. The AC was perfect. My only suggestion is for the deep cleaning staff to clean the legs/bottom of cabinets and the sink vanity. "

"The Hacienda was a really unique experience that was worth the adventure. Checkin was a breeze and welcoming with a smiling front desk employee. My room had lots of character and was very neat and tidy. The shower was a bit small but it fit in the space and was stylish and very functional. I loved tue convenience of having a restaurant on site and the option of walking to other local restaurant options. I would definitely stay here again."

"Totally convenient to downtown Dunedin (and even more to Dunedin Brewery). Easy drive to Honeymoon State Park and Tarpon Springs. Gotta be careful of pricing, as they are not economical for extended stays. Convenient onsite parking in garage under hotel. Would be a bit tight for F-150 pickup though....."

"I liked it because it was clean. I didn't like it for several reasons. First I had a broken window that wouldn't hook locked. I reported it to the desk the first night. He didn't have the time or staff to fix it so I put wooden hangers to keep it from opening. The next morning I saw two maintenance men. One of the men took down my room number and said they would take care of it. It was still broken when I checked out. When I got in the shower and closed the curtain I realized it wouldn't stay...

"ac struggled throughout the night, had to manually dump dehumidifer water once a day or so. pool swimming stops at 9pm. hot tub was a bit confusing with no instructions. surprisingly very little soap provided and quality of soap was poor. staff was great and helpful, great location, room was generally great. i thought we'd have a balcony but we did not so double check that with hotel if that's important to you. oh last, pool is nice but on a busy street with lots of noise which was a bit...
