"Nice rooms, complementary breakfast buffet, and great location in the middle of the city so that pretty much everything is within a 20 minute walk with sears tower only being about 2 blocks away. It would be nice if they had a pool, but it's great other than that. They do offer checking in your bags early if you arrive in town before check in and you want to walk around a bit first. Free bag check on your check in day and $5 per bag to hold your bag after checking out if you have a departure...

"The beds were hard and woke up every morning with a back ache. There obviously wasnt anything the hotel can do about it but over all it was a nice hotel with a nice pool as well. We enjoyed our stay."

"Property was unkempt kids running from the pool wetting the hallway no staff keeping an eye out in case someone fell. While having breakfast housekeeping started mopping the floor with a strong smell. Which made some of us leave the breakfast area."
