"Generally, a very nice hotel, with great oceanfront location, except there are touches that do not meet the standard, given the hotel rating and pricing. The most disappointing issue was the on-site restaurant service at Tula. We had a miserable lunch service where the food and drink order was over an hour wait. Then we had breakfast the next day, and it took almost 2 hours to be served, as they mishandled our orders and had to restart the orders. The food was just OK. Also, room service...

"Cons: You have to sign out a hair dryer or ironing board and they didn’t have them available on the first day because they were signed out by others. The bed frame is very flimsy and made noise whenever you moved around in bed. Pros: Good for the price. Clean. Easy parking. Locked lobby after hours."

"The room was a nice size. Room service was offered every other day. The bathroom showed evidence of mold. As a single woman traveling solo, I would have greatly appreciated the parking lot to have been better lit. The hotel was conventiently located by a short walk to a beautiful beach, and several good resturants to choose from. Breakfast was provided by the hotel and much appreciated."
