"The staff at the main desk made our check in and out seamless. Very welcoming We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and other meals in the restaurant. The servers were nice and attentive to our needs. "The lobby is being remodeled so there is no access to it; the picture on the website should be removed or this should be noted. However, check in was quick/efficient. Parking was adequate. The entrance to the halls smells heavily of smoke, etc. Thankfully the room did not smell of smoke. The TV was unavailable through the rain. Bedding, towels, toiletries were adequate. The shower provided only extremely hot water making it unusable. The AC worked properly."

"This hotel is good for maybe a one night stay. We stayed 4 nights and had no towels for 2 days, no help from front desk for dysfunctional keys, pool and laundry room unavailable, breakfast very mid, the room smelled musty, and the couch was stained up. I could barely enjoy my stay."
