Hotel dekat The Milestone

"The staff here were extremely helpful, from nearby places to eat to airport shuttle schedule and in town attractions. Very welcoming and genuine. The room was comfortable, the bed was soo very comfortable. Great to find such a good rate so close to airport and city."

"My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had to do a Zoom meeting from my room and the lighting was poor. It needed I floor lamp next to the desk. The desk had a lamp but did not work well. There was no pen or small notepad. To reach the microwave I had to kneel to see the buttons to turn on. Overall it was a good and quiet stay."

"Property and breakfast were great. Our plane was delayed into Charlotte and we arrived around 11:20pm Called the hotel to get the shuttle. Information in our Itinerary stated it would run until 12:00. Called and a gentleman told us that the bus stopped running at 11:00. We ended up paying $18 for a cab. I would like to get reimbursed for our cab ride."

"Nice enough, had shuttle to airport"

"Problem with nearby guest slamming the doors between 2-5 am. Room 205 had tv loud enough I could make out what was said. All a problem when needing to wake up at 445am to make a flight."

"Hot shower, clean rooms. Just drama from Police daily..."

"The rooms were convenient for an overnight stay. The area is terrible area to stay in Charlotte, but very close to the airport"

"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful but the property was dated and the elevators were dirty. I drove past the property twice because it's behind another property and didn't have a the title of the hotel on the building. This was a bare bones property. I'm happy it was a short visit because I would not recommend it."

"The room was dirty. The bed and sheets had food crumbs and stains. There were stink bugs all over the window on the inside and in the light fixtures. We checked out early because it was so pestering and uncomfortable."
