"I got stuck in Charlotte when my flight was canceled and needed a nearby hotel to get some sleep and a shower. I chose an airport hotel with airport shuttle service so that I could quickly get to the hotel (it was already pretty late at night) and then back to the airport first thing in the morning. I called for the shuttle when I arrived at the shuttle station and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes I called and was told that they did not know where the driver was. "Hotel was still incomplete, so the smell of dirt and construction could be smelled on the 3rd floor. "

"Nice staff. Breakfast was great. Eggs sausage and potatoes delicious and they also had packaged muffins and fresh muffins, packets of oatmeal to make and batter for fresh waffles to be made and individual sized cereal bowls and juices and coffee and teas and fresh fruits. Room was clean and comfortable. Sofabeds are never comfortable anywhere I’ve been and it was old looking. Parking was free and convenient"

"Very clean. Decor was less agreeable - clashing colors in rooms and carpet in shared hallway between both hotels. If that doesn’t bother you, your stay should be pleasant."
