"First clue to leave should have been the broken AC in the lobby. The woman at the counter was nice enough, but was always hiding in one of the rooms to stay cool. The bed pillows were tiny and the size of a couch throw pillow. The entrance to the rear building had a broken door lock and the hall reeked of mold. The room was semi-clean but it was obvious water damage had been painted over. The TV had to be reset and couldn't access any of the streaming features, and there was no cable or live TV....

"Not at all what the pictures look like. The bathroom is very small. There is a bad smell that lingers around the hotel and it is just overall run down."

"Pros: Location: Near Bus stop(3 mins walk), near Wallmart (2 bus stops); from Bus stop to train station to national mall (6 Stops); Clean, strong Wifi, safe neighborhood, Free parking, Clean towels, bed sheets, working microwave; Ref Cons: Cockroach"

"Major issues with their TV system… they think I was going to put up with only getting two channels…. and one was Maury.😵‍💫"

"The front desk was very rude. They don't have free wifi. Dog poop everyone. It stinks when it rains. They don't ask if you need new towels, etc. Lots of rats running around on the side where Five Guys is at. No fresh air because you can't open the windows. Overall if I could rate a 0 I would. Please don't stay!!"
